ABP Can't Get Parts

American Border Patrol reports it is having serious trouble ordering and receiving parts to operate its equipment. The latest outrage happened when they ordered a battery charger for their Canon EOS 1 DX camera (cost $350).
As you can see, it won't arrive until October 13. "Our surveillance missions are grounded because we can't get parts," said Glenn Spencer of ABP.
