Border fence progress report

Glenn Spencer is flying the Border Hawk M back to its Arizona base from California. Although a detailed analysis mission data will take time to analyze, he reports fewer than three miles of new fencing between Naco, Arizona and San Diego, California since the last survey in April, 2008. "In the past three months, DHS has added fewer than four miles of new fencing between Fabens, Texas and San Diego, California, a distance of more than 700 miles," Spencer said.
