Tecate Update: A closer reading of the reports of the Tecate, California drug tunnel, especially a New York Times story led American Patrol to conclude that the Tecate drug tunnel did not terminate in a building, as we had speculated, but in a nearby cargo container. See photos. Some say that the problem of locating tunnels terminating along the border with Mexico should not be difficult since there are so few structures that could serve this purpose. "As time allows, American Border Patrol will go through its border survey videos and photos and identify each and every structure along the New Mexico/Arizona/California border with Mexico that could house a tunnel exit," said Glenn Spencer of ABP.
