TAX DEDUCTION

An Arizona rancher donated an Allis Chalmers road grader to American Border Patrol, taking a year-end tax deduction. ABP's ranch is 3.5 miles from the nearest paved road. The road grader will come in handy to smooth out the ruts that plague local residents. The grader will also be used to grade border road.
