Border Patrol -- July 20, 2006 County bails on Simcox fence According to a report in the Sierra Vista Herald, Cochise County employed an arcane ruling to decide it had no jurisdiction over the Simcox border fence. The decision can be appealed to the County's Board of Adjustment and their decision can be appealed to the Superior Court, and on up the line.
