7:48 am Friday, July 21. It shows military personnel working
on a vehicle barrier system just east of Nogales, Arizona. Camouflaged
vehicle can be seen in the upper left near the border. Personnel
are believed to be part of the National Guard contingent. Lower
photo is a blow up of a portion of the top photo. It is believed
sections of the barrier are welded and then put into place on
the border by the orange crane. Bottom photo shows person welding fence in place on border. Electrical cable for arc welding system can be seen leading to camouflaged truck. |
