| American Border Patrol's Border Hawk M is a Cessna TU-206 especially configured for border operations, including extended range fuel tanks for up to seven hours of loiter time, STOL (short takeoff and landing) capability allowing very slow fight and a very quiet propeller. Border Hawk M can cruise at 25,000 feet. It is in Arizona being equipped with powerful cameras and sensors for detecting and reporting illegal border crossers to Minuteman headquarters and out over the Internet. Border Hawk M will be operational by October 1, 2005. |
