| ABP BORDER ACTION REPORT (SE Arizona) 2/15/05 - ABP spotted group of SBIs directed BP camera to group of three. 2/16 - (1) Rancher spotted a BP helicopter crossing border into Mexico. Chopper penetrated at least one mile. (2) Unmarked Blackhawk helicopter with heavily armed persons at door orbited 100 yds north of border for ten minutes. Location well-known for smuggling. |
