O'Reilly: Impact statement tonight, the nation was stunned when congressman Joe Wilson from South Carolina interrupted President Obama's speech last month.
Obama: There are also those who claim that our reform efforts would insure illegal immigrants. This to is false. The reform (noise from audience) - The reform I am proposing would not apply to illegal immigrants.
Rep. Joe Wilson: You lie!
Obama: Not true.
O'Reilly: Well now there is new information that says illegal may well indeed receive Obama Care if the bill passes.
Joining us now from Atlanta, constitutional attorney Shannon Goessling, and here in the studio Fox News judicial analyst judge Andrew Napolitano, author of the book Dred Scott's Revenge, a legal history of race and freedom in America.
So, judge, you say illegals have to get health, if it passes, government mandated health care, under equal protection.
