DHS Cracks Down on Law Enforcers
American Patrol Report -- August 3
In February 2007, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio got approval from DHS to make federal immigrations arrests.
The Center for Immigration Studies reports that Arizona's [illegal alien] population now numbers about 350,000, a drop of about 180,000 people since 2007 (Houston Chronicle).
Crime drops noticeably when illegals leave.
Faced with this level of success, Janet Napolitano has demanded that Arpaio stop arresting illegal [aliens] whose only crime was crossing the U.S.-Mexico border without inspection.
And she wants him to clear press stories with her first.
"I'm not going to bend to the federal government, I'm going to do my job," Arpaio said. "I don't report to the federal government, I report to the people."
Today, American Border Patrol, the non-profit border group, is sending thousands of pink slips to President Obama demanding that he fire Napolitano. Each is signed by an American citizen. |
