Shameless Crowd of Crooks
Chris Simcox Still At It
American Patrol Report -- March 6
The phony fence

While preparing for today's feature for the American Patrol Report I came across an ad on the Web for the Minuteman Border Fence. I clicked on it and found Web page asking for money to build a border fence. The Web site featured a photo of people erecting a fence on the border. Construction of that fence, the only one ever started by Chris Simcox, was halted in November of 2006. Today it lies less than half-finished and in disrepair.
Another photo shows lines of poles that are supposed to be a fence. These poles were actually electrical PVC pipes erected on the Ladd Ranch in a fraudulent stunt to raise money for a fence that couldn't be built, and Simcox knew it.
To make matters worse, the site includes convoluted language describes the organization as a 501 c (4) not-for-profit corporation but says your donation is not tax-deductible. In other words, people are pocketing the money and laughing all the way to the bank.
The Minuteman Border Fence has been a fraud from day one and three years later it is still being perpetrated on our citizens.
Today when the American People need to know the truth about the border we have unscrupulous, dishonest, pathological liars, fleecing them of their hard-earned money. This gives the entire movement to protect our nation a bad name. This is truly a shameless crowd of crooks.
