He Has Standing to Expose Obama

The biggest test of your courage is here now. The defining moment of your life is here, now, not any in Hanoi.     You are the only one who cannot be denied, by our courts, to have the legal standing individually to demand proof that Sen. Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible to be president, on behalf of the American people.     The requirement to be a "natural-born" citizen is not a trivial issue.     The "birth certificate" Obama released is only a Hawaiian "Certificate of Live Birth," which is given for infants born abroad to parents who certify they were residents of Hawaii for the preceding year. Citizenship is neither conferred nor demonstrated by it, nor is citizenship of the child required to be demonstrated in order to receive it.
