Court Failed to Answer Obama Qualification Question

Glenn Spencer -- American Patrol Report Illegal alien?     I was wrong. I had thought that the court would settle the issue of Obama's qualification to be President. After all, it seemed to be a simple matter of producing a certified copy of his birth certificate and answering a few simple questions.     It would have been easy for the court to allow Berg to establish Obama's qualifications but for some strange reason Judge Surrick decided not to allow it.      When Obama went to Hawaii I smelled a rat. I even postulated that the entire thing was a sting operation by the Obama campaign to smear and demoralized Web bloggers, the only media they don't control.     I now realize there is something very seriously wrong here. I am beginning to believe that Barack Obama is not legally qualified to be President of the United States. He might even be an illegal alien. If this is true, the People of America need to know it and the Supreme Court should act immediately on Berg's appeal.  Watch Berg's video released earlier this month
