Dobbs: And the CEO of the nation's largest phone company
says he can't find enough skilled American workers to fill 5,000
customer service jobs, that according to numerous reports. AT&T
promising to return those jobs to the United States from India
where they have outsourced.
Citing a high school dropout rate of 50 percent in some communities, AT&T's CEO, Randall Stephenson, said: "If I had a business that half the product we turned out was defective or you couldn't put into the marketplace, I would shut that business down."
