Tucson Citizen "newer-style" fence

The story in the Tucson Citizen included a photo of newer-style fence. Using its HD video survey of Sept. 24, 2007, ABP located what must be the segment of fence in the report. "What the reporter saw was a small section of fence that had been replaced with vertical posts with gaps between them to allow water to run through," said Glenn Spencer of ABP. This erosion control segment hardly more than six feet high.
