| American Border Patrol During a stop over in Yuma on Sept. 23, 2007, a U.S. Customs agent told American Border Patrol personnel that the mesh panels used along the border were built in Mexico. The agent also said that DHS was having trouble getting the panels delivered and that it took action by "the president" to overcome the logjam. ABP assumed the agent was talking about the President of the United States, not Mexico. |
