THE CONSEQUENCE OF THIS IS THAT POLICE NOW MUST ASK ALL ARRESTED DEFENDANTS IF THEY ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS
The fall-out of this decision that nobody is paying any attention to is that SANCTUARY CITIES VIOLATE INTERNATIONAL TREATIES...
To comply with the international treaties, police MUST give foreign nationals the opportunity to confer with their consulate.
BUT HOW DO THE POLICE KNOW if the person is a US citizen or a foreign national.... unless they ask! ??
