As I see it
Glenn Spencer -- August 19, 2007

In April, 2006, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid tried to ramrod an amnesty bill through without debate. When he couldn't, he shelved the bill. Reid didn't want a debate because he knew Republicans would raise issues of concern to the American People, making news that he didn't want.

He had good reason to fear the debate because when it finally took place people like Jeff Sessions brought the truth to the floor of the Senate. This truth reverberated across the country on the Internet and on talk radio building into a wave of amnesty opposition that crashed on Capitol Hill. This seismic event continues across the country as the American People react to what is now an open debate.

The mainstream media (NY Times, LA Times, Washington Post, ABC, CBS and NBC - to name just a few) worked very hard to keep the truth from the people, fearing the kind of debate Senator Reid fought so hard to avoid. Now the dam has burst and the flood of public opinion is dragging them into the fray. But fear not, they will continue to struggle against the tide.

As the people fight to return us to the rule of law a major struggle will ensue against those who have invaded our country illegally, including millions who seek to overthrow our government. Abandoned by the federal government, law enforcement will take on a local flavor. States will be pitted against states, and cities against cities. It will not be pretty and we can expect violence.

As we struggle to regain our national sovereignty we must remember that the invasion of our nation by illegal aliens didn't happen by accident. It was by design. The designers included Doris Meissner, who, as head of the INS worked to end immigration law enforcement. She attacked loyal Americans. Today she is working to dismantle America's borders.

The designers also included Morris Dees and the Southern Poverty Law Center, who, in close cooperation with the mainstream media, sought to slander anyone who resisted the invasion. By falsely labeling American Border Patrol a hate group, he makes sure that schools and offices across the country cannot log on to its Web site to learn the truth about the border.

When the war is finally over and America has counted its dead and regained the helm of the Ship of State, let us not forget who nearly put us on the shoals and let us bring them before the bar of justice.

Doris Meissner and Morris Dees should be tried for treason before a federal court, and, if found guilty, both should be hanged.
