Single layer fence near Naco, Arizona. Illegal aliens easily cross this fence but using a ladder to scale it and a rope to let themselves down into the U.S. The U.S. Border Patrol chases them through the streets of Naco day and night. A survey of the border from New Mexico to the Pacific Ocean found 66.72 miles of this type of fencing, most of which is was built in the past ten years.
