Blas Nuñez-Neto was selected as a Presidential Management Fellow and is now an Analyst in the Congressional Research Service at the Library of Congress. He was born in Argentina and moved to the United States when he was ten years-old. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 with a B.A. in Political Science and English Literature. Blas has worked as an electoral observer with the Organization of American States missions to Haiti and Nicaragua. In Haiti, Blas was promoted to region coordinator and worked on the Mission's final report to the OAS congress. Blas has also worked as a production assistant at the National Geographic Society, as a web producer and copy writer at Digitrends.net, and as a commercial salmon fisherman in Kodiak, Alaska.
