"At issue for Congress is how best
to allocate scarce border security resources while safeguarding
homeland security." (CRS-26)
Nonsense. At issue is stopping the
wholesale invasion of the United States and implementing the
Secure
Fence Act of 2006. The use of the term "scarce"
clearly implies bias.
This report grossly over states the cost of building and maintaining
the border fence. We will provide a more detailed analysis later. |
