Bottom photo shows same van travelling along the same road. This photo was taken from the Border Hawk M at 11:10 am on Sept. 18. The ABC report shows a Border Patrol vehicle shadowing the van. "It is very unusual for a Border Patrol vehicle to shadow these vans," said Glenn Spencer of ABP. "We have observed them travelling along this road many, many times and Border Patrol pays no attention to them."
