In less than a year, Jim Gilchrist founded
the Minuteman Project
and made a
respectable showing in running as an independent for congress
in a usually safe Republican District. His dogged determination,
discipline and professionalism helped bring national attention
to the problem of the porous border with Mexico. He is American
Patrol's Person of the Year for 2005.
As a proven leader, we expect to hear
more from Jim Gilchrist in 2006. |
