As we worry understandably about the Middle East and other parts
of the world we see Mr. Chavez of Venezuela getting closer to
Castro, we see governments in a state of instability in places
like Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Central America... we now see that
Mr. Noriega is back as a candidate for president of Nicaragua.
