Glenn, part of that risk is that these people have no training
to do this.
Spencer: Yes, that is the risk. But I think, on balance,
that Americans are coming down here to focus attention is a worthwhile
effort. -- ...The idea that the Border Patrol doesn't know where
these people are is silly. They know where they are. They just
don't have the resources or the political will in Washington
to enforce our laws. That's the problem.
