When Howard Berman took to the floor of the House
of Representatives to condemn HR 418, the bill that would stop
the Mexican Matricula Consular nonsense, he continued a long
tradition of fighting for the rights of Mexicans to conquer a
large part of the United States. He is the kind of person the
Senate is supporting when they fight against HR. 418.
