who took it didn't think it was controversial at all.
Maria Avila: All I saw was a Mexican flag and an American
flag side-by-side, same level. You know, it made a beautiful
backdrop.
Peter Viles: But many in Denver saw scandal. Not only
is the American flag hung incorrectly; why is a Mexican flag
receiving equal billing inside an American school?
