AMNESTY
MARCH ON WASHINGTON OCT. 12, 1996 -- The "March" was led by an arm of the Mexican Army, the Drum an Bugle Corps of the Municipio de Tijuana and a contingent of Brown Berets.. It was truly surreal to see all those Mexican Flags and the well disciplined Mexican Drum and Bugle Corps marching in cadence to the drums and bugles with tens of thousands of Latinos following and heading towards the White House. |
