Feb. 13, 2004 (#1)

Dear Georgia lawmaker,

The illegal alien lobby has made it a point to refer to the 12 million or so illegal aliens in our republic as "immigrants" - in an effort to wear down the awareness of law-abiding citizens. The United States accepts more immigrants than the total of all other nations in the world. Illegal immigration doubles that legal quota.

If you notice most articles written to that subject, you will see that the first paragraph talks about "undocumented immigrants", then, by the middle of the second paragraph, the term is "immigrant". This is an attempt to make anyone with the courage to speak up against our laws being ignored seem "anti-immigrant".

Please find attached the U.S. government's definition of the word "immigrant" taken from the Department of Homeland Security Website. For the meaning of "illegal" and "alien", one has only to consult a dictionary. An English dictionary. This logical move will not sit well with some of your co-workers. We urge a resolution to have an official definition of the word "Immigrant" for state business. It will help to stop any potential "depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' 'is'" nonsense. We assure you, any such resolution will not sit well with some fellow lawmakers either.

As a quick reminder of the federal code on aiding, assisting, encouraging and employing these criminals, we also attach a portion of USC section 8. [1324]. We will be disseminating this information to the voters of Georgia in the coming months, so that they too can be reminded of the law of the land, and who observes it. Or not.

Also attached you will see an example of the tactics of the un-American illegal alien lobby, in this case, GALEO, so that you can be aware of the tactics they will use to stop the proper use of the English language that describes their supporters and constituency. Also, see: The National Council of The Race, MALDEF, and L.U.L.A.C.

Much is made of the validity of the widely accepted Mexican ID, Matricula Consular. That ID is not accepted in most Mexican banks, as it is generally known to be so easy to falsely obtain so as to be a joke. The state of Georgia accepts this ID card for a variety of uses at present. We hope that you will understand that we will be making that topic general knowledge to the voters as well. If you have never seen a Matricula Consular ID, please feel free to ask to see mine. I was born in South Dakota, and obtained mine without leaving my home of 21 years in Marietta.

We like to think that the page here from the IRS on the ITIN is self-explanatory.

Georgians that think will see that allowing the use of an ITIN for granting a driver's license to an illegal alien is not only illegal itself, but also counter to the public good. As is rewarding any other criminal activity. See USC section 8, 1324, above.

Anyone who has had the temerity to actually publicly demand that our laws be enforced and our borders be secured has been labeled "racist" at one time or another. It is the first line of defense for the illegal alien lobby. We attach a portion of the Constitution of the Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan [MEChA] so that one can see where the racism truly lies. And, what the final intent is of some of the people who are "just looking for a better life". It is important to know that MEChA meets on public tax-payer funded college, high-school and middle-school campus' in many parts of the nation. This nation. It will be coming to Georgia soon.

HOW WILL WE KNOW WHEN WE HAVE ENOUGH ILLEGAL ALIENS IN OUR COUNTRY AND HOW WILL WE STOP THEM THEN? dak/THE AMERICAN RESISTANCE

Dear Georgia Lawmaker, passed out 17 MAR 2004 -- (#2)

The entire world can see the results of ignoring our immigration laws in the state of California. If you are like most Georgians, you are not willing to suffer the same consequences or living conditions because millions of illegal aliens are "looking for a better life". Law -abiding Georgians have the right to expect a better life, and trust you to provide leadership and obligation to duty to provide that life. All of us must pick a side.

None of us wants a "Georgiafornia". Particularly Georgia voters. They will pick a side.

Illegal immigration is not a "federal problem" any longer. The illegal alien lobby has had all of the time it ever will to spread false information and subvert the law of the land while remaining un-opposed. The accompanying audio CD and list of reference sources will give anyone with the desire to educate themselves a good start on that education.

We will be sharing this information with citizens/voters in all counties and voting districts before Election Day in November, and we hope that your access to it now will give you a head start on the voters in your own districts. Knowledge is power, and silence is consent. It is our belief that an educated public will not remain silent on this issue.

Nowhere in our nation do more illegal aliens enter our country in higher numbers than in Cochise county Arizona. I have recently returned from a tour of that area and wish to point out that every action, or lack thereof, in individual states has an effect on the sum total of illegal immigration in our nation. A wink and a nod to employers of illegals and the lobby that enables them here only encourage the illegal crossing of our borders there. The myth that there are "jobs that Americans won't do" is perpetuated by an entire industry of people who profit by our forgetting the Georgia of just a generation ago. That our state or nation cannot function without criminal employers and illegal labor is nonsense. The reasoning that we must assist illegal aliens "because they are here" is no longer acceptable. It has only produced an ever-increasing number of colonists "here".

There is a goal other than joining the American family for a large portion of the illegal alien lobby; we hope that you will play the CD to make yourselves aware of that goal.

The voices and sentiments contained therein are radical and unfamiliar to most Georgia listeners. Not so in California or Arizona, where the demands of rights and privileges of American citizens are being granted to illegal aliens who have no love of America. That lack of patriotism is neither hidden nor disguised in the California of today.

I would respectfully challenge the reader to point to another time in our national history when our Grandfathers would watch and do nothing as foreign invaders colonized our Homeland, altered the language in our schools, overburdened our social and medical services and then demand that we adapt to their culture - "Because they are here".

Pass out to Ga. Senate -- 23 March 2004 (#3)

Dear Georgia State Senator, Today, we watched a video record of the senate speech given on the senate floor on March 19, 2004 by the senator from the 36th district. As will many other citizens.

We feel duty bound to separate fact from fiction in that 7-minute speech. There is very little of the former. There is a large surplus of the latter. FOR EXAMPLES OF "WELL-FUNDED, EXTREMIST ORGANIZATIONS", WE URGE YOU TO EXAMINE: THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE RACE [La Raza], MALDEF, L.U.L.A.C. AND OTHERS CONCERNED WITH OPENLY SUBVERTING UNITED STATES AND GEORGIA LAW. We ask that you look to California. Which laws do we obey here? Which laws do we ignore? Who decides?

Contributions and membership fees from individuals fund THE AMERICAN RESISTANCE FOUNDATION. I personally have spent my life savings to organize and operate T.A.R. I am CEO and the only officer. We are not yet as "well-organized" as we will be, and we are not "well-funded" - as for the "well paid" part of the point of privilege presentation.no one here has ever been paid. By anyone. We all do what we can because we love our country, and we demand that the rule of law be followed. We will not be deterred in that demand. Ever.

We are surprised to hear that insisting that the law be enforced is deemed an "extreme" action. We have a few observations: Enforcing the law is not "divisive". For the record: Concerned volunteer citizens do not have any obligation to register as lobbyists. "Immigration" is not an issue with us.ILLEGAL immigration is the topic. We remind you that the illegal alien lobby will continually try to confuse you on that topic.

"Immigrant" has a legal definition at both the federal and state level. As does "illegal".

THE AMERICAN RESISTANCE FOUNDATION is connected with no other group. None. We are "based" in my home office in Marietta. I do not know anyone in Idaho. We are 501 (c )(4).

The website that was mentioned in the speech in question is www.AmericanPatrol.com - it is based in California. There is an organization named The American Border Patrol, from what we know, it is a non-profit corporation with no political activity. It is based in Arizona. Finally, demanding that the law be enforced, does not a "white supremacist" make. We do not tolerate racism. We see many examples of racism in the illegal alien lobby. We encourage you to make up your own mind. We hope that you will contact us with any questions.

Our membership includes Black Americans, Hispanic Americans and patriotic citizens from all ethnicities. Using race is the first line of defense for the illegal alien lobby. This will not be the last time that you will hear that enforcing the law is somehow "extreme". Or "divisive" It is not.

We do not think we need to remind you, but we will. Illegal immigration is a crime. Those who employ, encourage, shelter or otherwise enable illegal aliens are criminals under our law.

We have made two handouts before this one.

At left is a photo of D.A. King [L] and Everett Robinson [click here for large version]- the two TAR members who devoted the days to disseminating the information packets and CD's that we hope you have seen. Mr. Robinson is a Black American. We both love our country. Being labeled "White Supremacists" offends us both. Neither of us is.

It is our observation that you will find few Georgians, or other Americans who will tolerate being labeled racists or "extremists" for the offense of demanding that our law be enforced. For everybody. It is not un-American to enforce the law. It is un-American not to. We respectfully urge you to learn the true agenda of the illegal alien lobby.

THERE IS NO UNIVERSAL RIGHT TO LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES.

Thank you for your kind attention.

D.A. King. Citizen.

HOW WILL WE KNOW WHEN WE HAVE ENOUGH ILLEGALS HERE?

SENATE RESOLUTION 827. -- 31 Mar 2004 (#4)

Was proposed as a first step in studying the effects of illegal immigration on the state of Georgia. Such a study will show that the state of Georgia spent more than 230 million tax-payer dollars in the year 2002 to educate the children of illegal aliens - another 67 million to teach them English. The cost of medical care to illegals on our budget is comparable. The illegal alien lobby desperately wants to hide the actual figures from you, and the public. They will do or say whatever it takes to convince you that there is something wrong with conducting an honest study to get that truth. They have convinced many of you to vote to include members of several organizations that advocate for the ongoing illegal alien invasion of our state. Including these people on this study committee is comparable to asking the local fox to study the disappearance of the chickens from the hen house. Citizens deserve the truth on this crisis

When asked, some of you have told us very clearly that you will "always support the illegal aliens", and that you would favor giving them a Georgia driver's license. We appreciate your candor. We will share your opinions and contempt for our system of law with the voting public very soon. Encouraging illegal immigration is a crime.

For the remaining Senators, we include below a few statements taken from the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce website. http://www.ghcc.org/ We hope that it is obvious to you that they have an agenda, and that including them, or any other illegal alien lobby group on a committee to study the costs of illegal immigration would not result in an honest or accurate conclusion. We demand the truth.

ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE NOT "IMMIGRANTS"; REAL IMMIGRANTS COME TO OUR NATION LEGALLY.
